I have purchased a new car skoda slavia on 26th September 2022 from Saisha Skoda, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
On the same day i found out that one of the suspension had heavy dent marks and it was totally damaged.
So i contacted the Dealer to replace the car as it was defected but i didn’t get any satisfactory response from them.
However even after Multiple follow ups my complaint is not resolved. Finally they have agreed to repair the suspension and for the compensation. however they have repaired the part but they didn’t compensated me. I have been gone through mental distress after spending lakhs of rupees on a car. Being a working women i dont have much time to take follow up. so finally i am registering a complaint against Saisha Skoda and Skoda Auto.
