I ordered mobile on Amazon. When I ordered in that time discount is there now my order was cancelled by delivery boy without my permission. Delivery person came to my place to deliver my order in that he did not get update to deliver and he said some technical problem I will deliver after 3 days and he left. After I checked my orders in online app ther it seems cancelled then I reached to customer care they said once we cancelled we can’t delivery your product. I said I want my products if i order again I will get loss 5000 i don’t have that money to spent. Then cut the call .
