I’m Facing An issue since morning that My Router Password has changed itself. I just clicked the power off button i Repeat POWER OFF BUTTON because the DSL Light was blinking From 5 minutes straight which is not good as you know. After that when I tried to reconnect, it’s say’s Wrong Password My All device’s got disconnected. After that I called complaint man (Who check any fault happed to router or connection in my area) He said that he will send technician after an hour but no one arrived at 1pm I again called him he says he will send someone within a hour but agin no one came and from then I called him and an executive for 7 times till now @8:30 pm I again call them but they said now nothing will happen. It’s night now, I mean WTF???
From morning you were Fooling me? Or what? From morning I don’t have internet connection do you know how much I suffer from this. No you don’t and I request you to take this seriously because Airtel is known for their Customer service and by this you are failing to be in list. So Again Please Accept my request and do something.
