Dear Team,
I’m suffering from your services since 2months.last months I was requested to port in some another network. I got offer in 199 same plan in another service provider. After requested in port I got call from customer care and he promised me same plan and featured will be migrate in my bill. But again I received Rs 472 bill.. I already paid in all dues. Now I will change my number in another network…please make sure will be lodge written complain in TRAI and consumer court. Totally wrong commitment why I paid higher amount.
