i did purchase Hitachi Split Ac 1.5 Ton from Electronic Paradise, Noida extension. They have promises to get the 5 year Complete Warrenty without any clause. After purchase the Ac from them, i have received the Warrenty with clause mentioned – we have to pay for 02 service charge after 1st Year to get the complete warrenty. i also spoke to Hitachi customer care, they have clearly denied about the warrenty without any clause. So please take the action against Electronic Paradise for false commitment and cheating with customer. Also i will suggest NOT to buy this product.
