I regularly recharge my number with an unlimited plan of Rupees 209, which earlier included unlimited calls and messages and 1GB of data/day. This month suddenly I was unable to use the data service after a few days. After checking I found out that the pack content had been changed without my knowledge, and there was no message on the App that my regular pack content had been changed. And they repeatedly showed me the “recharge again” option on the same pack of 209, without notifying me that there had been changes inside.
I think this is misleading to give recharge again options without showing if there have been changes to previous plans.
