Dear sir,
I first call in cutomer care at 2.15 and i gave complaint of my electricity meter was fall down so i registered complaint at 2.50 pm around from this mobile number 8976613452 abd after that i call arround 6 to 7 times every time call was on hld around 15 to 20 minit and after that call was disconnect.
And after that 2.30 hrs no one guy was came to attend a cmplaint and Fix that mter box.After that i again call 55.15 pm aropund that guy his name is Alaudin Shaikh he is from cutomer care they all area laughing and i have all call records what i listen and i wanna file the complaint again them.
and still my work is not done.and In customer care no one can ready to transfer my call to his or her senior person.
