I had placed an order with meesho through its app for three items with order id 554086560983
on 8th March 2023. One was a “Furshine Universal Triple Seater Sofa Cover Big Elasticity Cover for Couch Flexible Stretch Sofa Slipcover Single Seater, Blue Diamond 185-230cm – Free Size of amount 1149 rupees, and the other two were two quantities of Furshine Universal Single Seater Sofa Cover Big Elasticity Cover for Couch Flexible Stretch Sofa Slipcover Single Seater, Blue Diamond 90-145cm of amount 749 X2 = 1498 rupees, amounting to a total of 2647 rupees on which i got a discount of 84 rupees, so i finally paid 2563 rupees. The meesho app showed delivery by 13th March, but all three were delivered before 13,th March, yet the app is still showing delivery by 13th March for the single sofa set cover. When I received the products they didn’t fit into my sofas so I had placed a return request for all three items on the app the next day. But the app said they will be picked up when the app shows they have been delivered, so I called the meesho helpline and told them the issue, But the customer care person told me since both of them are showing not delivered, so you have to wait for a few days, then they will be picked up. On 17th of March the triple set sofa cover got updated to delivered, however the delivery return guy came to my house on 18th and said that i have come to pick up the two quantities of single sofa set cover and not the triple sofa set cover, so I gave him the single sofa set cover, even though the app was still showing delivery by 13th March for the single sofa set cover, i had requested a return so I thought he must have come to pick up because of my request. But after the pick up the app showed that the guy had picked up the triple sofa set and the amount refunded was 1121 rupees for the triple sofa set and not for the two quantities of single sofa set covers he had picked up. I immediately called up the customer care service and informed them about the whole issue. I even attached the audio recording of the conversation with the delivery pick up guy for their reference. To my surprise, the customer care person started telling me it is my fault, i should have checked before handing over the item. To which i told her i had confirmed and then given it. To which she conveniently cut the phone call. I called again and raised the complaint, that wrong item is being shown as picked up and money refunded. The triple seat cover is still lying in my house to be picked up, it’s been almost two moths of me calling, mailing and tweeting to the meesho representatives but to no avail. They keep giving me a reference Id number and tell me we are working on it again and again. The app is still showing delivery by 13tg March, it has still not been updated despite of repeated complaints. I really don’t know what else to do, it’s mentally harassing the customer for no fault of their own. I am attaching proof of my email to to them for your kind consideration. If any other proof is needed i will provide it
