we booked speria K5 mobile on dated 12-03-2020 on book my phone . in by payment ID No. 308162846 of rupees 4499.28 paid by marchant order ID 1461180742 agaist that we received spiria model mobile on dated 17-03-2020 threw blue dart corrier.
the received mobile is vary low grade. company cheated with me. hence i want to refund my payment. company is not giving any responce please do the need full.
