I have Apply for a loan on Saturday 25/12/2022
I have sanctioned amount of Rs 100000

I have paid membership charges on saturday.
After that with the help of Smart link service agent asking for you need to pay processing fee.
After paid the processing fees, i am click on withdrawl loan amount,but app says that withdrawal failure.
After some time, your service agent says to me your account will be freeze for your account no was wrong Entered.
After some time saw my account no it was by mistake a wrongly entered my a/c no on your app. after that customer agent say to me you have try to edit & change your account no . after a two times i was not able to edit my account no.
After that Smart link service agent said to me you have to pay unfreezing charges ₹15000. i am said to him i have not that much amount, you will be unfreeze my account & adjust unfreeze amount in my disbursed amount. after that he said no you have to pay first the amount.
So I will arrange it & paid to app on Yesterday.
After paying that amount agent said to me you have to pay ₹ 3850 labor & staff charges.
I am also paid that amount.
After some time i will try to withdraw a loan amount to my saving account.
also, this time displaying current user wallet balance is insufficient
Now on app showing bank security charges 5000. will be paid after that your amount will be credited in your account.
What is that Issue pls help me out
