I was approached on November 1st 2020 by Kine Star Professional regarding data entry work.
I was made to sign an agreement, which said of the 530 forms I will have to get 477 correct.
This morning I was sent the qc repot that I got 469 right as sauch I can opt to pay Rs.17000 approx regarding rechecking of the forms or I can quit while paying Rs. 4695/- as registration fees and 7999/- as server maintenancecost.
I asked for sometime, specifically till December’s 1st week to pay back the registration fees and the server maintenace cost, but since then, they have behaved rudely, and hung up on me.
Right now they have sent me a FIR notice that I have 1 Hour to explain my situation otherwise I will have to pay approx 37000/- INR as fine. A person, named Mr. Akash Mohapatra, just called me, introduced himself as a lawyer and acted and spoke like a goon to me whilst threatening me that I have to pay 400000/- INR to the court and go to jail for 3 years. I was previously contacted by Mr. Deepak Prajapat who has since refused to pick up my calls. I am at my wits end. Please help me.
