Text of Complaint by Parmita:

I had paid an amount of Rs. 1600
in jar app for purchase if gold for the said amount through cash in bank payment on 19-05-2022 and inspite of the amount credited from my account which they offered was seen credited to my account. I had raised complaints in their WhatsApp number and email I’d provided for raising our grievance, but there was no response from their side and in WhatsApp complaints raised by me three times was closed at their end without redressing my grievance. The two email complaints raised by me was replied by them that their representative will call me within 24 hrs to get the problem resolved. But no one till date has called me. The jar app doesnot have any contact number for us to contact them directly. My issue rains unsolved till date. In app it has shown money credited to my account but I didn’t receive any amount to my bank
