This complaint is regarding bad service of Internet given by Connect Broadband Team. My Internet is not working and I have called the landline number thrice but no one pick my call after that I have called Mr Sonu who is executive of Connect Broadband in Abohar Location and he linger on my complaint and no one is coming to resolve the Internet issue and while calling Me Sonu every time he said engineer is on the way but till date engineer has not visited my address I have complained to him on Friday I.e 7th Apr 2023 and today is 9th April 2023 and again I have called the landline Number two times yesterday but same answer we have assigned your complaint and engineer will visit with in half an hour but till date no resolution and I have received a call from connect Chandigarh office and as per executive she said that complaint resolution TAT is 12 hours but now 48 hours passed but still same issue No one come to resolve the issue
