We have booked Kerala Tour from Travel Triangle with Travel Unbounded travel agency. In this Trip we booked AC Premium Private Houseboat with 2 Rooms at Alleppey (Alappuzha) with full time Air Conditioner. But they gave us Third class House boat without any hygiene and without all time AC not in Alleppey (Alappuzha) but in Kumarakom Cruise (Houseboat Registration Number- KIV/KDR/HB/0144/12). Further diesel smelling everywhere in the entire room of the houseboat. We complained to Travel Triangle and also to Travel Unbounded Travel agency to stop houseboat and drop us to boarding point. But they didn’t listened to us and kept Houseboat moving. We requested them to cancel the Houseboat because of life threatening issue of bad Diesel odour but they didn’t listened to us and doesn’t provided any resolution or exchange of Houseboat. We have paid lots of money for private primium Houseboat with all time AC. Then we requested them to refund the whole money for Houseboat or arrange any 4 star hotel at Alleppey but they didn’t provided us any hotels. We have to stay on the road outside the Houseboat from 05 PM to 08:30 PM because there’s lots of Diesel odour on Houseboat. We complained the agent from 2:30 PM but they didn’t provided us any resolution. Then after we booked one hotels ourselves and paid for this hotel. They didn’t refunded whole money of houseboat booking. They only refunded Rs.4000 Which is not acceptable and too low for AC Private Premium Houseboat. Please help us with this and please refund all the money (which is around 20,000 for 2 bed private Premium Houseboat) we have given for Private Primium Houseboat at Alleppey. Moreover I complaint against them for putting our lives in danger in Houseboat with Diesel odour.
