I’m writing to report harassment and improper conduct by collection agents of this company regarding my loan repayment.
On November 4th I informed the representative that I would be unable to make the loan payment on the due date and would pay later with applicable penalties and interest. Despite this I have been receiving daily calls and messages from their agents where there team continues to threaten me. On November 6th your representatives even visited my residence and disclosed my loan information to my neighbors breaching my privacy.
Since then I have received repeated calls from agents threatening to visit my office and home to recover the loan despite my clear communication that I intend to make the payment. Ongoing harassment has caused me significant mental distress, leading to depression and thoughts of self-harm. I am not refusing to repay, I am simply asking for a reasonable timeframe.
The illegal items Bharat Loan aap teams have done and breached my privacy for that i have filed a complaint to RBI and RBI Says this is not comes under Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme 2021 so Do not pay a single rupees to this company if you have taken any loans
