Respected sir,
My name is B Ganesh Yadav resident of Hyderabad. This regarding fraud transaction of my mobiqwik wallet just after one day creating the wallet account on mobiqwik. I created mobiqwik on 04/9/2022 and on 05/9/2022 fraud transaction has took place and arround 24000 from wallet was transferred to some Bharat Gas agency in Bihar against payment of 20 plus gas cylinders, where as I’m from Telangana and I haven’t use single rupee from that wallet. Immediately I reported mobiqwik customer service asked block my login they did. Later I reported the issue to mobiqwik fraud transaction team through e-mail – fraudalert@mobikwik.com. later they acknowledged my complaint and confirmed the fraud transaction took place on my login. The mobiqwik tortured and warned me to pay amount which I have not used single Paisa. Now added fraud transaction to my cbil account which effected adversely and my cbil score decreased by 133 points down. I request your honour do justice in I have not used single from wallet and Im not ready to pay amount which I’m not used. Kindly pass such order deems in the interest of justice.
