I am jatinder singh residing at ambala haryana i am filing this complaint against Unisun Power Solution, for fraud, misguidance, false commitment, and failure to deliver business materials/services after receiving full payment.

Purpose: Purchase of Franchise & Business
Materials
provided me with information about their distributor franchise, including attractive claims about:
Product quality
Pricing structure
Business support
Timely delivery of material
These claims turned out to be false and misleading. After I made the payment of ₹49,560, the company:
Completely changed their commitment and statements about the product and franchise benefits
Refused to respond to my calls and emails
Did not deliver any business material or product
Pressured me to remove a genuine negative review on Google Business in exchange for sending the material — which is unethical and coercive
I have preserved all relevant evidence, including:
Screenshots of the company’s initial commitments
Payment receipts
Email and WhatsApp communication (or call logs)
Google review interaction
Any promotional materials or brochures shared earlier
Relief Sought:
I respectfully request this Hon’ble Forum to take immediate action and:
Direct Unisun Power Solution to refund the full amount of ₹49,560 immediately
Award me appropriate compensation for mental agony, harassment, and loss of time
Take strict action against the company under relevant sections of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for engaging in unfair trade practices, misrepresentation, and fraud
I trust that the Hon’ble Forum will help protect consumer rights and take necessary action to ensure I receive justice in this matter.
