I am from Chennai. Yesterday 17-12-18. Contact airtel customer care for fixedling, one back end team guy Mr. Aravindh ( Emp Id : DS5469) from chennai santhom office contact me and said that I will get one payment link from 121 and that will be expired with in half an hour. If you pay with in half an hour we will fix the landline on tomorrow morning 18-12-2018. But no one come in the morning on 18-12-2018. So that I called him and why no one come for installtion. In that time his manager Mrs. Lakshmi spoke to me and told me that they will come with in 48 hrs. In that time I asked her that your team member said that payment link will expire with in half an hour. Is it true?. She said that no. There is no conditions like that. Thes marketting guys from airtel cheating like this to get immediate payment. But dont give service in their comitted time. please take action against them. Then only no one cheat general public like this. I have attached call record of that guy.
