Finwell legal service they deducted money in my account without my agreement 5months
The main thing that I need is to reverse money then cancel their debit order
They deducted R575 and R82.76 every month
Finwell deducted my money and there was no action to my debit as a promise ,they use to tell me that they are on it but the debiters are busy pulling my money I don’t understand for what,I really need my money back. Because I really scared for scarmers as well, but did have the problem for scarmers ,so they my refund me.
I don’t need their help any more.

i want finwell to reverse my money because i didn’t send you back the documents you send to me to fill in about changing my account to fnb i didn’t trust that. so all my debt orders did debt their money through my account and also finwell did debt R2000, R685, R89 so i want fin well to reverse all the money they debted on my account please

I paid Finwell for 14 months and nothing ever happen they supposed to clear my name and nothing has been done from March 2021 to this day
I want Finewell to refund my money R14000 back and cancel the debit order with immediate effect. Because they are not paying my creditors since June this year up to date.

Finwell deducted my money from my account telling me that they will cancel all my credit even today they did not pay any of my debts when I call they hang on me and every month they deduct R2000 and R89 and this month they also deducted R689 and I don’t know is for what so am asking please to reverse all the money they already deducted.
i had an arrangement with finwell but then wanted to cancel after their first month of debiting my account. i then sent an email to terminate their services but they still continued to debit my account. Im getting endless calls from the creditors finwell is not responding like they initially did. can finwell please just refund me.
Finwell is debting my money and it’s not even the amount we agreed so I want to know how to cancel it I don’t want their help anymore can they stop taking my money I no longer trust them and my debtors are busy calling me every I will pay my account without their help please bring back all my money and never debt again plz I have emailed and tried to contact then but I no feedback and they don’t answer their calls I feel they are scammers
I phone Finwellegal many times send emails but no answer of them
I cancel my contract before even signing any papers off them and they deducted R1500 and R685 from my account
Seems more liked fraud and scammers
They only refunded me 1500 while they deducted twice 300+685

sign up with finwell legal in Jan 2024 and I’m so angry with myself over it, they debited the once-off fee, and we agreed on 3x more every month thereafter, Jan another debit went off, and every time I called there was no answer, if I send an email, there is no response. I tried the whole of Feb with the same response. Nothing!!!! tonight (28th Feb 2024) a double payment went off.
how can i stop the debit check, and can I open up a criminal case??

FINWELL LEGAL SERVICES deducted money from my banking account after I ask for cancellation. They called me in the morning telling me they going to do research and still I’m waiting on them to get back at me. Even they people communicating via whatsapp and email are not responding me and i need my money back
