Text of Complaint by Soumyanil Giri:

I ordered a mobile phone poco M4 5G with exchange of my old redmi note 5 pro, Poco M4 5G delivered on time & old phone pickup scheduled after 10 days of order, ok, but after 7-8 days delevary boy came to pick up the phone & they deny to take the old phone , & asking for mobile box & charger, previously many times I exchange mobiles but they are not asking for charger or box, only if my old mobile is not getting power on then they can deny to collect the old product, but hare my old mobile working properly, even in good condition, also try to raise complain in flipkart customer service, they raised ticket but don’t give proper solutions. If they unable to collect the exchange product, they should mention in the order that exchange not possible at that location,
Note:-same product I exchanged other location, they checked & complete the exchange police,
