Hello sir/mam,
In last week I am trying to pay my electricity bill on Airtel thanks app. Because of slow internet issue the electricity bill will not paid but my account balance is deducted. So please help me to solve this problem. Electricity bill amount is 2980 Rs. Please co-operate us.
