I have been mailing to Mr. Amit Choudhary & Miss. Neha Didwania ( Sales Team from L&T Housing Finance,Thane) the below mentioned questions frequently for the last several mail dt.10.11.2020, 12.02.2021, 02.03.2021, 25.03.2021,13.04.2021,04.05.2021, 06.07.2021, 01.09.2021 02.09.2021 & 09.09.2021 as well as visiting L&T housing finance Thane office many times, but I’m not getting satisfactory answers to my questions. I was making the last request by mail, I didn’t get the following questions answered with a written reason.
1. On what basis the L & T sales team department downsized(Downsized Letter dt. 04.03.2020) my previous loan (Housing Loan AC No. MUMHL18003079)?
2. When the EMI of the old Housing Loan was running, my extra payments have been recovered in the last 3-4 EMI. I had updated Neha Didwania about this. At that time, Neha Didwania replied that the extra payment would be adjusted to the principal. Why haven’t I updated anything about it yet?
3. 2nd Housing Loan of Rs.34,77,918/- approved on 02.03.2020 by L&T housing finance sales team and in the same letter, it is mentioned Rs. 32,65, 675/- were disbursed. Later, I received the SOA letter on 17.08.2021 and said that Rs.33,83,360/- were disbursed. And as per builder’s statement (attached ledger), Lodha builder has received the below mentioned housing Loan payments from L&T Housing Loan.
On 28.02.2019, L&T disbursed Rs. 20,69,173/-
On 28.02.2019, L&T disbursed Rs. 5,56,820/-
On 24.04.2019, L&T disbursed Rs. 5,00,000/-
On 24.05.2021, L&T disbursed Rs. 1,17,685/-
32,43,678/-
Means,
– As per approved letter dt.02.03.2021, Rs 34,77,918 (Approved loan) – Rs.32,65,675 (Disbursed Loan) = Rs. 2,12,243/- Balance difference is payable to builder?
– As per L&T finance SOA statement dt.17.08.2021, Rs.Rs 34,77,918 (Approved loan) – Rs.33,83,360 (Disbursed Loan) = 94,558/- Balance difference is payable to builder?
– As per builder’s attached ledger statement, Rs.Rs 34,77,918 (Approved loan) – Rs. 32,43,678 (Disbursed Loan) = Rs. 2,34,240/- Balance difference is payable to builder?
Which balance amount is payable to Lodha builder in above questionnaire?
4. Bifurcation of Rs. Rs.32,65,675 (Disbursed Loan) & Rs.33,83,360 (Disbursed Loan)?
In the above subject, I have discussed with the L & T housing loan customer care team and I have got an answer that L&T housing finance is yet to give/disburse balance loan to Lodha builder.
Amit Choudhary and Neha Didwania, both are cheating on me in my case. I didn’t get a proper and satisfactory answer from both of them. Therefore, I have no option to file a fraud & cheating against both of them. On the one hand, they have not disbursed the balance loan. So my possession is getting delayed. I am being charged interest on the demand for possession amount and also balance due payment from the builder.
And that’s why I’m finally asking you if I’m going to have a balance loan disbursement. And if not, I want a written answer to the above questions in 2 days with reasons.
