I got a call from Zenith Solutions stating you need to complete the work within the time with 90%accuracy, they said if you don’t complete the work you need to pay 6900 for the 1st month, even after doing correct work the QC report is not correct and after 19 days I got a call and mail from Adv Ganesh Mane stating that you need clear the dues else a case will be filed against you and need to pay Rs. 1,50,000/- for closing the complaint.
At that time I was in hospital for my delivery. They called me continuously for the payment.
I have paid almost Rs. 55482/- to the company account, I got NOC from the company, even after that I’m getting mails and sms from BR-SMSHLP to clear the dues.
Please help me and take action against them. I need my money for medical expenses. Please help me in getting the money back and from fraudsters
