I have taken consumer loan from bajaj ,i have paid all emi ,on time since last year but only 1 emi is pending because i have lost my job,with in 5 days of emi pending bajaj recover people fron district thane ,badlaput created fake legal notice to threat me ,they started callng 50 calls per day ,,even after answering all calls and telling them the issue and takimg time for payment ,,each and every day i teceived call from new numbers and new people and once i blocked there call they started to send abuses on watapp and abusing call on watapp .i have screeshot of watapp.and they also forwarded fakr legal notice after emi due of 5 days xuch kind of people are hited by bajaj who dont follow rbi norms evem in corona they visit house spreading infection .such people should be answered legally
