The complaint is about jio fiber. My jio fiber stopped working on 10 February 2021. As per guidelines I launched a complaint , the executive said it will be resolved by evening but it was not resolved by next day also. On 12 or 13 February I again launched the complaint got same and it will be resolved by tomorrow. Today it is 13 Feb and still I’m getting no ans from them. No one is receiving my phone and just giving excuses. Horrible service from jio. Today(13) Jan I call the customer service they are saying that you will get service till 14 Feb.
I have suffered 4 days without internet. After doing reacharge of jio still I have to pay daily 50 rs for internet because jio fiber is not working.
