I bought the AquaD pure RO on 29th Oct’24 from Amazon, and from over a week I have been trying to get someone for the service of the RO. Their service call center assured that a technician will be coming and shared a contact number which is always switched off. Now I have been following up every day since last week and I haven’t received any update. Everyday the service care people say that the technician will be coming today.
Need an solution.
