Sir,
I am Shan Colonia from Ernakulam, Kerala. (email id shancolonia@gmail.com)
I purchased a Bluetooth device from Ekart logistics Its price 1599/-(shipping charges included). I booked from www.nexaship.in on 16th February 2021, received the product on 22nd February 2021.
Product received as cash on delivery, shipped by “Ekart logistics”. My order no is SSGC 6550119995. I got a different product.
Sir, I am very dissatisfied with that product.
I tried to call them (Phn No. 9910665926) to return the product, but the phone no is not working.
Please help me to return the product and refund my money.
