I AM AIRTEL MOBILE CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS. BUT SINCE 9 MONTHS I AM NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE MOST OF THE CALLS AND ALSO SPEAK TO MY PEOPLE PROPERLY. I HAVE GIVEN MORE THAN 75 COMPLAINTS AND ALSO VISITED OFFICE IN VIDYARANYAPURA, BANGALORE WITHOUT ANY GOOD RESULT. I AM AGED 78 YEARS AND FRUSTRATED. ALL MY 3 CHILDREN ARE ABROAD AND WE ARE DISGUSTED DUE TO THE BAD SERVICES OF AIRTEL. BUT THEY RECEIVE BILL PAYMENT VERY PROMPTLY
