I bought a window AC of HAVELLS LLOYD Company on 11 April 2022 and after installation, the AC was not able to work properly or cooling problem. I reached out to the retailer and did not get satisfactory help. Complaint to Company next day (12 April 2022) at customer care ( Complaint number:12042214001415) But on the day 22 April 2022 I have not received any kind of information about the complaint and they are not helping me out. My money went wasted. Kindly help me. I want new piece of my product now. I do not want repair.

I bought Daikin Split AC 2 months back but since the installation it has never cooled.The technicians give some vague answers every time they come but are unable to solve the issue. Multiple followup with customer care also not helping. I have already requested the local dealer for exchange of product or refund of amount and dont have any response from them since the. Kinldy help with solution.
