I have applied for the loan amt of rupees 100000 in aditya birla capital loan then they have approved and asked me to pay the processing fee of rupees 3500 after the paying of the processing fee within 5 minutes the amt will be credited in my account I have paid the processing fee but after the pay amt didn’t came to my account so I have informed them they are telling that my account is in hold and I have to pay the insurance charge of rupees 8332 after the paying of the insurance it will be credited but they didn’t informed me abt the insurance charge I have talked with the head of the complaint but they are also telling me to pay now can u please help me sir
