Aalayan Solutions approached me offering the data entry job
They asked me to upload a photo, signature and aadhar card. They sent me an “online agreement” pdf.
I started doing the work but they blocked my account. I tried to contact them but couldn’t.
Then I received a mail regarding failure of successful project completion and I’m liable to pay certain amount to them.
I contacted a number They provided in the email and they told me they’ll forward this to the “legal” department in their company and let me know.
I waited for their call but they didn’t answer. I’ve sent an email 3 times about this
Today on 07 October, I received an email saying that I have to pay certain amount to the company or else I will be punished according to the law under sections 37, 73, 74, 420.
The advocate named ramesh gupta contacted me through whatsapp and threatened me to pay ₹5700 within half an hour or else I will be sent to the court. I asked for a little time but he denied.
I asked him the company’s GST number, PAN number and CIN number. He didn’t provide me the details and threatened me that if I won’t pay in the given time I will be dragged to court.
I was afraid, tensed and got blackmailing me
