Sir,
That I have booked a hotel for goroomgo GP Lack View, Mallroad, Nainital through Booking.com on 21-05-2024. As soon as the booking was done, I got a call from the hotel on +91-7763927343 and they said that to book the hotel, you should book an advance of Rs 6000/- in the hotel account. As details, he sent a WhatsApp message which had the hotel’s account number and Paytm details, I sent Rs. 6000/- to his Paytm number – +91-8100002838. This mobile number was also present in the mail sent to me. Due to which the applicant did not have any kind of doubt on this number. In proof of which I am presenting it before you through PDF. The next day, a call came from hotel manager Abhishek whose mobile number was +91-8603551338 that all the rooms in the hotel were full. Despite a lot of argument, he was not ready to give me the room in his hotel. When I asked for a refund, he said that you can cancel your booking by going to booking.com and your refund will be returned after 24 to 48 hours. I went to booking.com and got the room cancelled. From the next day, I talked to the above three numbers – 8603551338, 7763927343, 8100002838 and also to the number given on booking.com – +91-9031862061 but did not get any satisfactory response. For refund, calls are being made on the above mentioned four numbers but they do not pick up the phone and even when they pick up, they keep fooling you by assuring that the money will be credited to your account by evening and do not give any satisfactory answer and every time they make new calls. Let’s talk about the person by name. Therefore, it is requested that you please take necessary action.
