I booked a hotel in Puri Orrrisa on 26th of Dec 2023 named Ashray for three nights and having three deluxe room in 33600 Rs. but they asked for advance so I transfer 7000 Rs. through online source for the date 25th Jan to 28th Jan 2024.
But due to Fog our train was around 38 hours late and inbetween I regularly informed both of them i.e. Hotel and Booking center about my situation
When I reached there I asked for the Room but the Hotel owner denied any booking for the room than I call the booking agent i.e. goroomgo.com about my advance money they just taking their time and after that they blocked their numbers
I am very much disappointed for this behavior
Looking forward to take a strong action against them
