On 20 june they call me and told me to do job and they filled an agreement which in which they ask me to send my adhar details and a passport size photo so i gave her then after few minutes she gave me an ID and password then i started working then on next day there site suddenly stops working then i asked her she didn’t gave me rply then i told her that i am not gonna do this anymore and i asked her for the Company’s GST number i also called her to give me there GST number but she didn’t then i told her that i am blocking you. Then on 28 june a i received a call from unknown number i didn’t picked it up then he texts me on what’s app that you breach tha contract and you have to pay 5800+GST and if you didn’t pay then we’ll do a court case on you i said him that send me your Company’s GST number and i told him that my father is an advocate after then he didn’t replied me then in the evening i got a message which i am copying here “AS DISCUSSED YOUR CASE ID HAS BEEN REGISTERED IN COURT. YOU WILL BE UPDATED ABOUT THE CASE THROUGH MESSAGE AND NOTICE.
LEGALG” and then this
“THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT YOUR CASE HAS BEEN REGISTERED IN SESSION COURT YOUR HEARING DATE IS 04/07/2022. YOUR REPORTING TIME IS 11:35 AM AT SESSION COURT LEGALG”
