I ordered a product from meesho. And the delivery person called yesterday. I told him that I will collect the product tomorrow. Today morning I already informed to him that the cancelled the parcel. But he didn’t give any details. I am the mother of infant baby. Again he called evening 5pm. I didn’t picked. He is chat through via WhatsApp voice call. Who give permission to chat with me through via WhatsApp. He is speaking too much. I saw that msg after I called him. I’m asking Why you send the msg like this. He replied very arrogantly if you don’t attend the call I gave you message like this. Now what can I do.

I HAVE ORDERED 2 PRODUST FROM MEESHO AND MEESHO WAS SUPPOSED TO DELIVER TWO PRODUCT FROM VALMO COURIER MY BOTH PARCEL MOVE FROM BHIWANDI TO NEW MUMBAI AND MY DISPATCH ADDRESS IS OF MUMBAI WHEN I CALLED TO VALMO COURIER CUSTOMER CARE HE TOLD ME THAT WE WILL DELIVER YOU DISPATCH TOMORROW BUT SEND ONE APPLICATION WHICH WAS SPAM AND I HAVE NOT RESPOND THIS THEN THEY SPEAK US VERY BED THEY TOLD ME WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO YOU CAN DO REALLY MEESHO HAS VERY BAD COURIER PARTNER
Such a pathetic courier partner, they took all my products to faridabad iinstead of noida and kept rerouting it since past many days, now the product has reached noida in tracking 5 days before but they are delaying the delivery for nothing, this has been happening since my last almost 25 products, they take them to faridabad and still not delivered, i dnt want to use meesho again in my life
