To Brief you My Sim stopped working on Thursday night due to Sim Card error
I went to airtel store located in Karadi on Saturday dated 1st April timing 1:30 afternoon to change my Sim card the authorise person asked for me documents which I provided and told me it will get start in 4 hrs time but till 6:00PM it did not get started so for which they replied it was rejected due to documents mismatch
I girl and the executive named Mayur asked me to give my set of documents which again I provided to them and said your number will start on Monday by 12:00PM
BUT still the same issue happened and I had contacted the customer service team who informed that your number is deactivated which is really wrong where in I never gave a consent to deactiva my number got a call from the store the executive will vist your home to activate the connection but he informed that is the new simcard and it’s a new activation for the same because of this I had a data loss of around 200GB which the executive said it’s all loss this is a new connection and you will get 75GB
MY QUESTION IS why new activation was required for my OLD number without my consent to deactivate my old account with same number
I have a total loos of money and wasted my time
