had taken tyto cash loan from the mobile app. This is 2nd time i have taken the loan. My due date was 13th of September 2022. I have paid the first loan amount on 14th of September itself in the application only. But after the payment it as been not closed in the application. I have been trying to call there customer number no response from there. I have sent mail to their company email addresse also twice with the proof of payment no reply from their side. They are chaging over due perday .I request u to help me in closing the loan. Thank u
