Bought laptop from croma store karol bagh delhi 110086 dell inspiron i5 11th generation 16gb ram of approx 80000 rupees on 19th june sunday has heating issues slow charging issue in laptop visited store 2 times already but still refund not initiated to me i want full refund now give full refund fast
