I am Dipak Maity, I had received a call on 6th January 2021 and asked to buy an Application booster package of Rs. 3657 and they sent me a link to make the online payment. Once I paid then send me another payment link for the payment of Rs 7197 and said this is the last payment to complete your profile. Once I made the second payment then they sent me again the link for the payment of 8731. Like this, they sent me one after another payment link and insisted me to make the payment to complete my profile. After paying three times I realized that it is a trap and they are cheating on me and I did not make any further payment. However, I lost about 19000 by making the payment thrice by this time. Then, they again called me and said that if I will not pay next payment by today then my profile will not be completed. I have already raised a dispute with my bank as I made the payment using a credit card. I hope my bank will help me to get a refund from this fraud Shine.com. However, I am seeking help from the Consumer court for the same.

Would like to kindly know if you found a way to get a refund from this fraud group. I have also lost my money with them and they are saying it is not refundable, while i dont want to take any of their service
