Sir,
COMPLAINING AGAINT ALOAN PROVIDER RUPAYEKEY COMPANY AND THERE LOAN APPLICATION. WHICH I HAVE INSTALLED FROM MOBILE “PLAY STORE”.
I have downloaded RUPAYEKEY loan application form Mobile “Play Store” and took a loan of Rs 2000 on 15th October 2022 and closed it on 17th October 2022 I have paid the full loan amount. According to their guideline I have to put payment UTR no on their application after payment. Now whenever I have putting payment UTR no in RUPAYEKEY loan application, the ongoing loan got closed and a new loan application send to them automatically. It’s happening again and again, now it’s 5th time same thing happened and they are charging almost 50% interest for each loan. I have send so many e-mails regarding this issue and asked them to call but they are not responding my email and not even bother to solve my problems and deny to call me.
I have e-mail them so many times that I don’t need any more loan (after 1st loan) and ask them to solve my issue
Now I have lost all my money and can’t any further loan. Now I am Afraid if I failed to pay loan amount it will affect my credit score which is very good.
