Text of Complaint by Moupiya pandey:

I am Moupiya Pandey from India ,west bengal. Through the coloum of your courtesy i beg to state that the amazon return and refund policy is not good in our place, I ordered a MI power bank on 30th November 2021 ,whose ordered no. Is (403-4434708-8658714), The product was deleverd on 4th Decembar, with damaged condition and on the same i called to amazon customer care,and when i called for 3-4 times to amazon service then they give only tentative dates. Till now they don’t take any necessary steps towards this matter. They also told that only refund will be created , and the replacement was expired to that product. If this continues, one day customer care will definitely tell me that the date has passed and you cannot be refunded

I hope you will take necessary steps towards this matter.
