During admission time byjus made many promises but after the admission they refuse to fulfill them. They also told me that they will enrolled me in the new batch which will Starts from January 2023 but until now they don’t enrolled me. During admission they told me that if you don’t like the courses you can cancel the courses within 15 days and get refund. After admission I got the Samsung tablet which was defective. Due to that I was unable to attend the live classes therefore I had requested to make replacement. It tooks about a month to replace it and after replacement I didn’t find sd card inside the tab and after attending the live classes for 7-8 day I also found that the classes wouldn’t much beneficial for me that’s why I had requested within 7 to 10 days to cancel the courses and refund my money but they refused to do it. I have mailed many times but they don’t give me resolution. During admission time they also approved loan without informing me about the loan and they told me that it’s a documentation process . When I had talked to the senior manager they were forcing me to continue the courses. They also disconnects the call without hearing full concern. I only want to cancel the loan process because I don’t want to continue the courses but they also denied to do so.
Due to the worst services of byjus I don’t want to continue the courses and I had requested to stop my EMI process but they also refused to do it.
Byjus have done fraud with many poor people.
Byjus and the employees of the byjus are a group of fraud .
BYJUS also knows that their courses is not beneficial and most of the students will cancel the courses that’s why they do not cancel the courses.
Government must take proper action on these types of institutions.
