Text of Complaint by Omkar Ashok Mansukh:

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are having our TataSky connection since last 10 years, still no problems were observed. But few days back signal was not gettingĀ  and showing this (weather condition is not clear, please wait till the weather clears).But weather condition was good and skies was clear. So, we thought that the upper might got disturbed, so we just moved the dish slighlty and then signal came and good for next two days.After 2 days same problem was observed, so we called TataSky customer care person and requested for one technician to check,for which they cleared us that the service charge will be applied of Rs.150 which will directly deduct from account.
When the technician(Mr.Vivek Dubey) visited at our home. He first checked the Setup box and told us that, there is a problem in Setup box(it is not showing the output).and suggested us that whole setup box need to be changed which will cost Rs.1750/- including 3 months warranty. When i asked him that only setup box cost is 1750..why so much?? He told that other components are ok and in this 1750 cost dish will also come in warranty.
So i again called TataSky Customer care person, to confirm for this, and the customer care person told me that-if there is a problem in setup box then only need to replace it, no need for total new connections. And the same when i told to technician, he resfused for this and told us that, total new connection is required.
I am asking, which kind of service is this???
In this pandemic people are not getting jobs and such kind of people are making fools to us.And also when i searched in Amazon site, it is showing me the cost of New connection 1350/ with one month free subscription and free installation.
I want again only setup box replacement and ask him to take away the new box which he placed. I need my money back from 1750-500(setupbox replacement) =Rs.1250 back.
I request you to kindly take necessary action against him. I am mentioning the Technician name and contact below. Initially he told his name as Jitesh/Mitesh and later Vivek Dubey.
