Hi,
My name is Yumna and I placed an order with you for air fryer on June 4.My order no I’d is -0D428274689651985100
I received the product on 9th June, but the product i received was damaged
I requested for an exchange which you approved, however it’s been going to be a month now since then and no one has come to pick up the product for replacement.
I did call up the customer care but to no avail.
Very poor service. This is not what I expected.
I request you to please look into the matter and help me out
