My name is Aman Thakur. I’ll get the connection of jio fiber. The seller Rajveer singh is come to me and pitch me to switch into jio fiber i am airtel user. He said false that you get all your tv active in jio take a plan of 6 Mounth @ of rupees 4240 with jio broadband. But i Saw that after taking this connection all their channal run in ott platforms their is not a single channel. I took this on 16/05/2023 and i said them that its Useless for me so please cancel my plan and refund my amount on same day their team said its not in policy you have to use this. I am not satisfied by this jio fiber then why i used this for 6 mounth. Need to clear that my amount is refundable or not.
