Dear Sir,
This is to bring in to your kind notice that few people in the company is making such fraud by changing products altogether and this cannot be returned.
My name is Surendra Maurya and I have been using flipkart for long time now this incident has occurred to me. I had ordered a gall mug but a plastic mug was delivered at my door. I have made many calls to customer service and reported the same without resolution.
Pickup guy said this different product I can’t pick it. “I didn’t ask wrong product that your people have delivered at my door. I am highly disappointed with this kind of treatment with the company”
Sorry to say but customer service and delivery mechanism has to be changed to avoid such experiences.
