Hi, I want justice as I saved and buyed a device Poco X3 Pro by paying sum of 21,000 after some time my stopped working. It automatically switched off and didn’t turned on. So I gone to the near service center to get my phone checked so they said my phone motherboard has been crashed. I buyed it specially only for the purpose of gaming of 8gb/128gb variant and in return I am getting 6gb/128gb . Which doesn’t even meet the requirement for gaming . Even my is in warranty . I asked them a lot to give me the money at least by deducting some charge of using it or give me another phone which have the same specifications like Poco X3 Pro but they say only one thing. The exchange offer we have is Redmi Note 10 pro . Really disappointed by this I wanted to build my carrier in esports I know the hard work to get that phone the savings I did.
Please do something I want atleast the same specifications phone.
