My Name is Mukesh, My Vodafone Number 9125336731 was inactive for some days, and after which i started of my sim i was unable to place any call or Msg, I tried calling customer care and visiting V0dafone gallery but nothing worked out. I spoke to customer care Executive she said to do recharge of 35 Rupees and in 48 hour i will be able to make call. i did the same then too, my sim is inactive now also. I Went to Store there also people don’t care. The Executive said “Number band ho gya hai Postpaid kralo sir”. Prepaid is not a option a what for customer in Vodafone. I request to kindly Resolve my sim problem else i think vodafone is only focused on postpaid customers.
