I have raised a request for broadband along with TV connection.you team lead/ area manager have assured that they will provide the both services , however after installing the broad band connection after 2 months they told that it can be installed only with extra charge of cable beyond 10m the thingĀ they didn’t inform during broadband installation misguided.i need broadband connection along with TV connection and not looking for only broadband connection.while I asked your team lead he told that you can discontinue service after 3 month’s.
Such kind of behaviour by your representative is not expected.
You are requested to take initiate the installation of TV connection without any additional charges to continue using broadband as we as TV service.
