I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase, the POCO X6 5G (Mirror Black, 256 GB), Order ID ODxxx253000x62xxxxxx0, delivered on January 21, 2024.
Since receiving the product, I have encountered significant performance issues, including consistent lagging and hanging, severely affecting its usability for basic tasks. It has come to my attention that while the product is under the return policy, I have been informed by Flipkart that this is considered an “Open Box Delivery.” Consequently, I am being advised to contact the service center for repairs rather than being allowed a return or replacement. This stance is wholly unacceptable to me.
I must express my strong dissatisfaction with this stance. As a customer, I expect a smooth and hassle-free resolution to issues, especially when the product falls under the return policy. Being advised to pursue repairs instead of a return or replacement, i find it totally unacceptable.
